Faithful Friday - "Honduras Mission Trip"

I just wanted to pop in and let you know that Joy won't be hosting a Faithful Friday post today since we're out of town.  However, since we're in Alabama visiting my brother and sister-in-law who just got back from Honduras on a missing trip, I thought I'd share a few pictures of some of the wonderful things that happened there.

Baptisms....39 people came to know the Lord.....

A house was built for a family.......

Over 10,000 lbs of food,  1000 pairs of shoes, and 427 Bibles were distributed........

Eighteen families were sponsored......

God is good!

I'll be back this weekend with a post (hopefully).  I do thank you for stopping by!  Have a great weekend!

  4. Uplifting--I am so glad there are people in this world who give of themselves to help the less fortunate.

  8. How neat and what a small world. I have a friend who is a missionary in Honduras. She works in a hospital there. She has been there for several years now and loves it. I wonder if your friends met her? She posted pictures on her blog recently of a baptism service. Wonder if it was the same one? How cool.
