This week I'm sharing a a soup recipe that I pinned and made.
It's called Beefy Nacho Soup.
Here's the original pin which can be found on my What's for Dinner Pinterest board:
Source: The Recipe Critic |
Here's the very simple recipe:
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed nacho cheese soup
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilis, undrained
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1. In a 2 quart saucepan, cook the ground beef and drain the fat.
2. Add the remaining ingredients into the saucepan.
3. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until thoroughly heated through. At this piont, I kept warm in crockpot for a few hours.
4. Serve with sharp cheddar cheese on top and crushed tortilla chips.
**NOTE FROM TAMMY**The only changes I made to this was using ground chuck instead of the lean ground beef because I had it on hand. And I added a can of black beans and a can of whole kernel corn. I figured it could only make it better!
Here's mine:
This was really good! It was a little on the spicy side, but so delicious! Jason gave it a rating of 8 or 9 as far as soups go. I loved it! The tortillas and cheese on top was perfect! I'll be making this one again!
Now it's your turn! :) I hope you'll link your Pinterest project today! :)
