Her dance was a blend of dance and martial arts since their song was from Mulan: Lesson Number One. For the dance, Joy "played the part" of Mulan with the girls following her lead. They dressed in their best Chinese attire for the performance.

Everyone did a great job! I was proud of my Joy, as well as all the girls in the class!
Joy is quite the little lady. Do we see a dancer or instructor in her future Tammy? It is wonderful that she takes such interest in others and she wants to share her talent and passions with so many.
ReplyDeleteYou are a lucky momma to have such a sweet and talented daughter.
Hugs,
AMY
Good Job, Joy!
ReplyDeleteLeah Kate would have loved to take lessons from Joy! She took dance when she was younger, but after we moved a few years back, we never got back into it.
Love the costumes!
Tammy,
ReplyDeleteYou are so blessed to have Joy! She sure is one special little lady! Love the costumes and it looks like everyone had a good time at the performance!
Hugs,
Donna

ReplyDeleteHi Tammy,
ReplyDeleteThat is just adorable. I really think that Miss Joy is such a little talent. I remember watching her dance on the streets when you went to get little Luke. She just has such a natural ability! I love her costume! So cute.
Blessings,
Tanya
