Prayers Needed for a Dear Blogging Friend

My dear blogging friend, Donna of Never So Simple, really needs our prayers right now, as well as her daughters, Jessica and Eleni. Donna's husband, Ray, suffered a massive heart attack last week and has been in ICU on life support. Please pray for Ray. He recovered enough to be taken off his life support late last week, but then had another mild heart attack which has put him back on it again. Donna is worn out physically and emotionally, but is trying to stay strong for the girls.



Ray's condition is serious as he is too weak for surgery. They are trying to determine whether he is a candidate for a heart pump....then the next step after that would be heart transplant.

You all know that this past year has been a tough year for Donna and her family, and they finally moved into their new home and were in the process of starting the next chapter of their lives in their new place, anticipating happier times. We all know that's the way the enemy works when we're trying to begin a new life of faith....to make us waiver in our faith.

Please, please, pray for Donna and her family! If you can add Ray, Donna, Jessica, and Eleni to your church prayer list, please do so. I know she appreciates it all so much!

It's so good knowing that we have friends that care and will pray! Thank you so much!

    Thank you so much Tammy for filling us in on what is happening. I have been gone for two months and need to catch up on what is happening. I will keep Donna and her family in my prayers as always. She and I have been going through a lot of similar experiences so I feel a kinship to her.

    Hi Tammy! I have added Donna & her family to my prayer list and will continue to pray for them. I hope the Lord ses fit to heal her husband and allow them to fully enjoy their new home and be happy.

    Praying God's healing hand on Ray right now. I pray Father that you will give the doctors wisdom and give Ray the strength he needs. Please be with the family and help them to trust in you. I ask you right now to begin a complete healing. In Jesus name. Amen.

    I will keep Donna in prayer! I do have to say that my dad suffered a massive heart attack years ago which caused him to have a heart pump. He was then put on the heart transplant waiting list...and sure enough within 1 year he got his new heart!!! He just celebrated his 5th year! The power of pray is amazing!

We recently went to TN, due to a death in the family, and as we traveled along the highway in your area we talked about our meeting with you guys and what a special family you are!!!
